Imkon Hamkor is a mobile application developed for registered partners of Imkon Trade Sentr. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when partners use the application.

1. About the Application

Imkon Hamkor is designed to help Imkon Trade Sentr partners manage customer-related business processes. Through the application, partners can create contracts for their customers, view contract information, monitor daily KPI indicators, review reports, and send requests or appeals to the company.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following types of information through the application:

Partner phone number and authentication information
Partner branch, organization, or workplace-related information
Customer identification information required for contract creation
Customer name, surname, date of birth, document information, PINFL/JSHSHIR, address, and contact details
Customer card and phone information required for contract processing, where applicable
Contract details, product information, payment schedules, prepayment amounts, and related financial information
KPI indicators, reports, activity statistics, and performance-related information
Requests, appeals, or messages submitted to the company through the application
Device information, app version, technical logs, and usage statistics
Camera-based image data used for Face ID verification through MyID, when the user starts the verification process

3. Camera Permission and Face ID Verification

The application may request access to the device camera. Camera access is used for customer identity verification through Face ID and MyID services. The camera is activated only when the partner starts the Face ID verification process for customer identification.

Camera-based verification may include capturing facial image data and sending it to authorized identity verification services for authentication and comparison. This process is used to help confirm the identity of the customer before continuing with contract-related operations.

The application does not use the camera for background recording or unrelated monitoring. Camera access is used only for identity verification features initiated by the user.

4. How We Use Information

The information collected through the app may be used for the following purposes:

To authenticate and authorize registered partners
To provide access to partner services and company systems
To create and manage customer contracts
To verify customer identity through Face ID and MyID services
To calculate or display scoring, limits, payment schedules, and contract-related information
To display contract lists, contract status, and customer-related information
To monitor daily KPI indicators and partner performance metrics
To generate and display reports for partner activity
To receive, process, and respond to partner requests or appeals
To ensure application functionality, security, stability, and fraud prevention
To improve application features and service quality

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following cases:

With authorized internal departments and company systems of Imkon Trade Sentr
With identity verification providers, including MyID, for Face ID verification and customer identification
With scoring, reporting, contract management, and payment-related internal or authorized service systems
With technical service providers for hosting, maintenance, notifications, security, or auditing purposes
When required by applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful government requests

6. Data Storage and Protection

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 9. Account Access and Authentication

Access to the application is limited to registered partners of Imkon Trade Sentr. To use the application, users may be required to log in using a phone number, OTP code, access token, or other approved authentication methods.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials, OTP codes, and device access secure. OTP codes must not be shared with other persons.

10. Contracts, KPI, and Reports

The application may display customer contracts, contract status, daily KPI indicators, partner performance metrics, and reports. Such information is used only for partner operations, business management, reporting, analysis, and service support purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party tools, platforms, or service providers for identity verification, technical infrastructure, analytics, notifications, SMS delivery, scoring, hosting, or integrations. These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy and security practices.

12. Children’s Privacy

This application is not intended for children under the age of 18. It is designed exclusively for registered partners, authorized representatives, and business users of Imkon Trade Sentr.
